HOW WS9 FITNESS DIFFERS...

The only thing you (as a member) needs to do is show up consistently for either 2 or 3 sessions a week.

The Fitness Professional will do the rest.

  • Regardless of your ability or fitness level , we will create programming that will challenge you (let's call it Adult PE), so you are never bored.

  • We will visually measure your progress, so you are always training to the best of your ability and current fitness level, keeping you motivated and inspired.

  • You can switch off for an hour and participate in something that will absorb and connect your body and mind - a rarity today!

  • You will be guided by a Fitness professional through a warm up, skill work, strength work and a workout. Complete with demonstrations and technique corrections.

  • The Fitness Professional will be sympathetic towards your currently ability

    and guide you with the correct movements, exercises and loads that are right for you.

  • You will train in an environment that recognises that fitness and health isn't necessarily a certain size or body shape.

  • You will train in a culture that is conducive to helping you achieve results, feeling healthier and more connected between you body and mind.

  • You have a choice of either a PEAK TIME membership (25 sessions a week) or OFF PEAK membership (25 sessions a week) to suit your lifestyle and budget.

  • All 60 minute sessions are capped at 12 members to provide you with an individual and unique member experience and fitness journey.

  • A Fitness experience from Monday to Friday that keeps your weekends FREE to use your fitness and enjoy your life to the max!

JASON HUGHES

A Professional Fitness Coach for the last 19 years, I'm on a mission to help people within my local community with their health and fitness.

With over 11,000 coaching hours and over 1000 clients coached in the last 10 years at WS9 Fitness, I have a fair bit of experience, and I'm still learning.

Now 56 years old, I've trained consistently in every decade of my life from my teens onwards.

I love all things health & fitness, it's my purpose in life to coach/mentor people.

Outside of WS9 Fitness I work as a coach/mentor to owners and senior managers of small businesses.

Hobbies in my downtime are being outdoors walking Pip, my Patterdale Terrier, cooking, reading and music.

SEAN O'GRADY

Sean has been a Professional Fitness Coach at WS9 Fitness since 2017.

Sean is an all-round CrossFit trainer and weightlifting coach at WS9 Fitness, he's the go to coach for anything gymnastics related. Before starting as a coach, he was once a client of WS9 Fitness, so has an innate understanding of the unique culture of WS9 Fitness.

He's a dab hand at programming workouts.

Outside of the gym Sean can be found rolling around the floor with other men, wearing what look like big Pajamas. Otherwise known as Brazilian Ju Jitsu
