WS9 Fitness was built on a simple belief

physical training should develop the body and the character together.

I designed the WS9 method as a complete system for strength

resilience and long term personal development.

My current role is no longer on the gym floor.

I lead the strategic direction of WS9 Fitness and shape the evolution of the system and mentor the coaching team behind the scenes.

The day to day coaching now sits in the hands of the team I have trained.

My deeper transformational work takes place within the Inner Game Mentor ecosystem.

This is where I help people recalibrate their identity develop emotional clarity

and step into the next level of their personal leadership.

Sean O'Grady

Head Coach and

Member Experience Lead

Sean leads the day to day coaching at WS9 Fitness, ensuring that every session reflects the standards of the WS9 Fitness method.

He guides members through their training cycles supports their progression and brings the system to life on the gym floor.

Sean works directly with Jason behind the scenes continually refining his coaching identity and deepening his understanding of the WS9 Fitness philosophy.

He is the primary point of contact for all member coaching training adjustments

and on floor guidance.
